This concerns the front end of your website, meaning the pictures, text, contact form items etc… For instance, in time, your company’s contact details or services may change, the decor of your lobby may need to be updated in a picture etc. Anything that need to be updated are replaced without additional charge. 

Although rare, websites can sometimes break due to user error or faulty software conflict after an update. Unless regularly updated and upgraded overtime, the older a website gets the more vulnerable it gets. You can think of it like a car insurance. If it breaks, we fix it free of charge and you are covered 100%. If you are not covered, web developers tend to charge from anywhere from $50 (This usually would be the rate for a 5 minute fix) to +$1000. It gets expensive especially if yours is a business website.

We backup your website incase the unthinkable happens. For example, rare, but if your website falls victim to a powerful hack (Even most secure Bank websites can sometimes be hacked) or your IT accidentally wipes out an entire folder in your website’s directory, this means the damage is not reversible. In this scenario, we replace your website files right away on server-side, brining your site back to life again, so you can continue your business online.  

Study shows 1 in 3 website visitors is an attack bot. There’s a common misconception about hacking.  Most people tend to think there’s an actual person on a laptop somewhere consciously targeting websites.  This is very unlikely unless you are a well-known corporation, politician or a public figure. Reports help you see see how your website is doing, so you can manage your digital strategy for better and effective exposure. They shed light on aspects like how many people visit your site in a certain time frame, how often, from which parts of the world or traffic sources. In simplest terms, this covers everything that did not exist by the time your website had been originally designed and delivered to you. This mostly concerns addition of content, functionality or redesign. If you are a Basic Website Maintenance customer, unless what you need added in terms of content, functionality or redesign is simple (For example addition of a few pictures to your picture gallery or moving a section of your website a bit more lower), there will be no charge for this service. Anything more will be subject to an hourly rate of $50/hr, or a fixed rate based on your choice.
