Your website, kept fast, secure and up to date
Updates, backups, security and fixes handled for you every month, from $70. Month to month, no contract.
What happens when nobody is looking after your site?
Software falls out of date. Contact forms quietly stop sending. Pages slow down and security holes open up. Most owners only find out when a customer mentions it, or when the site goes down.
A maintenance plan means someone is updating, checking and fixing your site every month, so it keeps bringing in business and you never have to think about it.
Why it matters
Most website hacks are not personal. Automated bots scan the web for outdated software, and an unmaintained site is the easiest target. Regular updates, backups and monitoring close that door.
Four plans, billed month to month with no long-term contract. The main difference between them is how much hands-on update and development time is included.

Your site runs on software: the CMS, plugins and themes. We keep all of it current, the same way your phone and computer need updates. Skipped updates are the most common reason sites break or become vulnerable.
A typical WordPress site depends on its core software plus a theme and often a dozen or more plugins, each from a different developer releasing fixes on its own schedule. Once a plugin vulnerability is published, automated attacks targeting it often follow quickly, which is why leaving updates for months is risky. Updates can also clash with each other, so they are applied with a backup in place; if one causes a problem, the site can be restored while the conflict is sorted out. You never have to log in, check for updates or decide which ones are safe to run.
Changed your hours, prices, team photos or services? Send it over and we update the text, images and forms on your site at no extra charge.
Outdated information quietly costs business: a customer who shows up during hours that have changed, or calls about a service you no longer offer, rarely gives you a second chance. You do not need to know how the site works or where the right page is; a short email describing the change, with any new photos attached, is enough. New images are sized for the web before they go up, so fresh photos do not slow the site down. Form changes, such as adding a question or changing where submissions are sent, are covered too. Content updates are part of the Basic, Builder and Builder Premium plans.
On Basic and above, if your site breaks or gets hacked, we fix it at no extra cost. Think of it as insurance: without cover, emergency fixes typically run from $50 for a five-minute job to $1,000 or more. On Economy, repairs are billed at the $50 hourly rate.
Sites break for ordinary reasons: a plugin update that clashes with the theme, a change at the hosting company or an edit that went wrong. A hack is more urgent, because it can redirect visitors to spam pages or send junk email from your domain, which can get your genuine business emails marked as spam. Fixing a hack properly means removing the malicious code, finding and closing the way in and checking that nothing was left behind. With fixes included, you send one message and the work starts, without waiting on a quote or approving a bill first.
We keep regular backups of your site. If it is hacked, or something is deleted by accident, we restore it on the server side so you are back online and back in business.
A complete backup covers two parts: the files, such as images, the theme and plugins, and the database that holds your pages, settings and form entries. Restoring only one of them is often not enough, which is why both are included. Backups also make the rest of maintenance safe, because before updates or larger changes there is always a known good version to return to. Without one, a deleted page or an overwritten section can mean rebuilding work from scratch instead of a quick restore.
Most attacks are not personal. Automated bots look for outdated sites to break into, then use that server space to attack others or push spam. We run regular security scans and monitoring to keep yours from being one of them.
Scans check your site’s files for malware, unexpected changes and known weaknesses in the software it runs. Monitoring watches for warning signs between scans, such as repeated failed login attempts, a common sign of bots trying to guess passwords. Catching a problem early usually means a small fix, while a break-in that goes unnoticed for weeks can mean lost search rankings, spam sent in your name and a much bigger cleanup. Scans and updates work together: updates close known holes, and scans confirm nothing slipped through.
Have a question about your site, a tool, or your online strategy? Ask us. We look into it and come back with a clear answer within an agreed timeframe.
Questions come up constantly when you run a business online: whether a new booking app will work with your site, why your Google listing shows the wrong hours, or whether a marketing offer that landed in your inbox is worth the money. Instead of digging through forums or paying a consultant by the hour, you ask people who already know your site and how it is set up. Answers come in plain language, with a recommendation where one makes sense, so you can decide and move on. Advice is included on every plan, starting with Economy.
In the first week of each month you get a report showing how many people visited, how often, and where they came from, along with the security and maintenance work we did. Want help reading it? Just ask.
Seeing the numbers every month makes trends visible: a seasonal rise, a jump after a promotion or a slow decline that needs attention. Traffic sources are especially useful, because they show which efforts are paying off, for example whether customers mostly find you through Google, social media or links from other websites. The work log next to the numbers gives you a record of every update and scan, which is handy if you ever need to show that your site has been looked after. The report is included on Basic, Builder and Builder Premium.
New pages, features or design changes beyond what your site launched with. Each plan includes a set number of hours per month, shown in the plans above. Work beyond that is $50/hour or a fixed quote, whichever you prefer.
Hours can go toward anything that improves the site: a landing page for a promotion, a booking form, a refreshed home page section or a clearer services page. Because the time is already part of your plan, small improvements happen steadily instead of piling up on a wish list until they justify a separate project. Basic includes 1 hour a month, Builder 3 and Builder Premium 7. The larger allowances suit businesses that treat their website as an ongoing sales tool, testing new offers and pages rather than leaving the site unchanged for years.
Questions owners ask before signing up
Is there a contract?
No. Every plan is month to month, with no long-term commitment, so you can cancel or switch plans as your needs change. You might move up while adding pages or running a campaign, and move down once the site settles.
Billing is monthly at your plan’s rate: $70 for Economy, $100 for Basic, $200 for Builder or $300 for Builder Premium. If you are unsure where to start, a free site audit shows what your site needs before you commit to anything.
What happens if my site breaks or gets hacked?
On Basic and above, fixes are included at no extra cost, whether the problem is a broken page, a plugin conflict after an update or malware from a hack. On Economy, repairs are billed at the $50 hourly rate, so the cost depends on how long the fix takes.
Every plan includes regular backups, so there is always a clean copy of your site to restore. After a hack, restoring a clean copy and then closing the weakness attackers used is usually faster than cleaning an infected site file by file. The security scans and monitoring on every plan are there to catch problems early, ideally before visitors notice. Speed matters, because Google can show a warning on hacked sites in search results, which drives traffic away.
Do content updates cost extra?
No. On Basic and above, updates to your existing text, images and forms are included. That covers everyday changes such as new prices, revised opening hours, a fresh team photo, an extra service on an existing page or a new field on a contact form.
New pages, features or redesign work come out of your monthly design & development hours: 1 hour on Basic, 3 on Builder and 7 on Builder Premium. Economy does not include content updates, so changes on that plan are billed at $50 an hour. Keeping content current pays off, because outdated hours or prices cost customers and fresh content gives search engines a reason to revisit your site.
What if I need more work than my plan includes?
Extra work is billed at $50/hour, or we give you a fixed quote up front. You choose which you prefer before anything starts.
Hourly billing suits small or open-ended tasks, such as a series of tweaks, where you only pay for the time used. A fixed quote suits defined projects, such as a new landing page or a booking system, because you know the full cost in advance. If you regularly go over your included hours, a higher plan is usually better value: Builder Premium includes 7 hours of design and development for $300 a month, which would cost $350 at the hourly rate.
How do I know what was done each month?
In the first week of every month you get a report with your visitor numbers and traffic sources, plus the security and maintenance tasks we completed. Visitor numbers show whether your site is reaching more people over time, and traffic sources show where they come from, such as Google search, social media or other sites linking to you.
The maintenance section lists what was updated, scanned and backed up, so you can see the work behind the monthly fee. Reading the two together helps you spot problems early, such as a drop in Google traffic after a change. The monthly report is part of the Basic, Builder and Builder Premium plans.
Which plan is right for me?
If your site rarely changes, Economy keeps it updated, backed up and secure for $70 a month, with repairs and edits billed at $50 an hour. If you want content changes and fixes covered, start with Basic at $100, which also adds a monthly report and an hour of design and development time.
If you are actively improving the site, Builder ($200, 3 hours) or Builder Premium ($300, 7 hours) give you monthly development hours for new pages, features and design work. A quick way to decide is to estimate how many hours of changes you needed last year and divide by twelve. Because every plan is month to month, starting lower and moving up later carries no penalty.
