We have run projects remotely for clients around the world since 2011, long before it was normal. Every project follows the same three clear steps, and you only pay for work you have seen and approved.

3 Steps From Idea To Launch
1. Setup
We set up your hosting, domain and project files and put a ‘Coming Soon’ page live on your address. Once you can see it, the first milestone payment is due and design begins.
2. Design & Build
Your site is built in milestones sized to your project. You review each one, ask for changes, and we only move on once you are happy with it.
3. Launch & Handover
We finish the remaining pages, tune speed and mobile, add security scanning and go live. The final payment is due only once you have approved the finished site.
PROJECT WORKFLOW & PAYMENT DETAILS
MILESTONE #1: SETUP
Before any design work starts, we do the groundwork for you: set up your server space, point your domain to it, create the database and upload the project files. Your address then shows a ‘Coming Soon’ page, so you can see real progress before paying anything.
Once it is live, we collect the Milestone 1 payment. Hosting is billed separately once a year through a trusted hosting partner at a discounted rate; see our Web Hosting page for the current price.
DESIGN & BUILD
MILESTONE #2: Design & build
We split the build into milestones based on the size of your project, for example the homepage first, then the inner pages. You review each one, request changes, and we only move to the next milestone when you are happy with how it looks and works.
MILESTONE #3: Launch & handover
We complete the remaining pages and finish the details that make a site perform: any extra platforms you ordered, mobile optimization, speed optimization and a security scanner. When you have checked everything and are happy, the final payment is collected and your site is officially launched.
AFTER LAUNCH
Launch is not goodbye. If you need help finding your way around the admin panel or want to tweak some wording on your new site, just ask. We stay available for questions after launch, and many clients continue with a maintenance plan so their site keeps running smoothly.
