Does my company data leave my business?

No. Your private AI runs inside your own Microsoft 365 and follows your security settings. Personal details like phone numbers, card numbers and account numbers are masked before the AI ever sees them.

Do I have to stop my team from using AI?

No, and we wouldn’t recommend it. People use AI because it saves time. We give them a safe version that’s just as easy, then block the risky tools.

Isn’t Microsoft Copilot enough?

Often, for writing emails and summarizing meetings. We’ll tell you honestly where Copilot covers you. A private assistant comes in when you need answers from your own data, approvals, or connections to your other systems.

We already have an IT person. Do we still need this?

We work alongside your IT person, not instead of them. Most in-house IT people are stretched thin, and AI security and Microsoft’s security tools are a specialty.
